3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in [AUD] and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

4. Orders Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Shipping & Delivery Shipping timeframes and costs are outlined at checkout and on our Shipping page. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including customs, courier delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Third-Party Brands As a multi-brand platform, some products are supplied by third-party brands. While we vet all brands we work with, we are not responsible for defects, delays, or issues arising solely from a brand's manufacturing or business practices, beyond what is provided for under the Australian Consumer Law.
